Mike, Sophie and I drove out to Colorado for a quick weekend so that I could go to my 10 year high school reunion. Amy picked me up and we went to one of the events together (Mike and my dad went on a 2 night backpacking trip...I figured he would have a lot more fun doing that than going to the reunion with me!)
Amy, me, Angie, Liz and AllisonThe rest of the quick weekend trip was spent with family. Once the boys made it back safely from backpacking, we had a nice day celebrating Father's Day.

Sophie's new found joy was to pour dog food into the dog water bowl and then pick the pieces out and give them to the dogs to eat. As you can see, the dogs played along nicely!

Dinner for Father's Day (Dad wanted to go to Country Buffet, but the girls won the vote anyway and we went to the Rockbottom Brewery instead. Sorry Dad...we didn't want to take away your major complaint in life- that even on Father's Day, you don't get to go out to eat where you want!)
