Christmas pageant, christmas lights, and cute girls!

Sophie had her very first Christmas pageant with her mother's day out program last week. It was a patriotic themed Christmas pageant, so that's why all the kids are wearing helmets. Sophie was very serious and sang all of the songs! She was so cute!!

You'll have to click on the picture to see a close-up of Sophie. She's the only one listening to the children's pastor! (what a good kid!)

Best friends Gehrig and Elsie (poor Elsie...all the kids her age are boys)

After the program

"Besties" Hannah and Sophie

That same day we drove to Chickasha with some friends to see their Christmas light display! It was FREEZING but we got out of the car for some quick photos.

Hannah, Sarah and Sophie

Oops...someone got ahold of the yogurt container!

The girls went to a birthday party for Sophie's friend, Sarah. It was at a Little Gym, so the girls got to do fun gymnastics stuff!

We're moving into our new house on Friday and we will be getting a new email address as well. We aren't sure what it is yet, but I'll let you all know once we get our internet set up! Merry early Christmas!!!

Happy 3rd Birthday, Sophie!

And here's our little girl now....

Grammy and Aunt Dawn made this beautiful princess dress!

Sophie got some money from her great-grandmas...she called it "tickets."

And elmo puzzle book from Aunt Laura, Uncle Craig and Aubrey!

Elsie's always trying to be like her big sister!

Daddy decorated Sophie's chair for her birthday.

Evan's mommy made this cool photo board for Sophie's new room!

Sophie's almost 3!

Hello everyone! Here are some random pictures, plus some from my parents visit (they just left this morning for a long drive back to Colorado!)

Here are some pictures of our new house that we took last week. Sorry for the bad quality...the camera lense must have been dirty (probably had little girl fingerprints on it!)

Sophie must have needed some privacy!

I'm not sure what was going on it this picture...Mike took it some evening when I was gone. Looks like she was yelling pretty loud!

Mike ran in the Tallest Hill in the World race in Poteau, Oklahoma on Saturday. He ran 5 miles to the top of this hill (it really is the tallest hill in the world!) He finished 1st in his age group and 6th overall! What a stud!

Thats the hill in the background!

Go Reed!!! We all went to Buffalo Wild Wings after church on Sunday to watch the Redskins play the Broncos. I love the Broncos, but we were so excited that Reed and his team won!!!!

Thanks for the Redskins shirt, Auntie Katie and Uncle Reed (and Micah and Caleb). Sophie looks so cute in it!

We babysat our friends' dogs while they were on vacation. This little dog is named Sophie, and my Sophie and Grandma were just in love with her!!!!
We had a fun pre-Thanksgiving meal (turkey and everything!), and this was our first attempt at a family picture. I think it is hilarious because all you can see is Elsie!

Here was our second attempt.

We had a little birthday party for Sophie yesterday too (Her birthday is tomorrow...I can't believe she's going to be 3 years old!!!)

Here she is opening her present from Gre-Aunt Carol and Gre-Uncle Bryan. They are called "Bendaroos," and we've already made a ring, a watch and a spider out of them!

And here's a laptop from Grandma and Grandpa!!

Elsie looked like it was her first birthday all over again. Right as I was taking this picture, she was saying "No!" It's her favorite word right now!
Thanks for driving out here, Mom and Dad!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful November!

Happy Halloween!

We had a fun Halloween...here are some pictures from our night of trick-or-treating and hanging out with friends!

The cute kitten with her mommy cat!

Mike decided just to be himself this year instead of dressing up!

We had a party at our friend Jay and Sara's house (their little girl, Emma, is one of Sophie's friends). Here are all the kids eating their pizza.

I like this picture because you can see how funny Mike looked!

Getting ready to trick-or-treat!

I wish this picture didn't turn out blurry because it was so adorable! Elsie started walking back towards the house and Sophie ran up and took her hand!!

Kai (Spiderman), Emma (Tinkerbell), Hannah (Minny Mouse), Strawberry Shortcake, Sarah (Cinderella), Kennedy (a lady bug), and Elsie, wishing she could be a big kid like her sister!

We were quite a big group running from house to house!

The guys and their babies

Sorry, these are all of Sophie's back! She was too fast for me. She was literally running from house to house!!

Hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween!
